These terms apply to your use of excro.com, operated by Excro Inc., a corporation incorporated in Canada. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
02No advice
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not financial, investment, insurance, mortgage, legal, tax or other professional advice. Excro is a technology consultancy: we do not hold client funds, act as a broker or lender, or provide regulated financial services.
03Illustrations
Product screens, figures and examples on this site (such as quote comparisons, ledgers and card spend views) are illustrations of the kind of software we build. They use placeholder names and numbers and do not represent any real client, company or result. Companies named as our team’s prior experience are former employers, not clients.
04Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Excro, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
05Intellectual property
The content, design and Excro name and mark on this site belong to Excro Inc.. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission.
06Third-party services and links
The site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
