Excro exists because financial-services businesses deserve the same quality of software as the fintechs competing with them, without having to build an engineering department first.
Why we started
The gap we kept seeing.
Inside fintech companies, teams get to build exactly the tools their operations need: ledgers that reconcile themselves, card programs with controls built in, workflows that move a file from application to approval without anyone re-typing it.
Most insurers, brokerages, lenders and finance teams don’t get that. They get software that almost fits, a stack of spreadsheets to bridge the gaps, and vendors who sell a product rather than solving the problem.
Excro is the team you bring in to close that gap. We start with how your business actually runs, find the few changes that matter most, and build them properly, with the care that money and regulated work demand.
